Let's Get Real.

Below is a piece of business advice I gave to our mailing list of over 40,000 fans.

We mail 5 days a week to give our ideas out for free, and if you are the type of person who wants to elevate your work life, I highly suggest you give your ideas for free as well. You give what you get.

Let's Get Real.

If you want to make an impact, get negative.

The positive stuff is what everybody talks about, because we can.
But the negative stuff, that stuff is what’s on everybody’s minds.
Eating away at us, our relationships, our work, our life.

We’re afraid of it.

If you want to help your team, I suggest you air it. It’s through addressing the truth, and your fears, head on that you can move past them.

If you need help in the delivery, let us know. It’s what we do.
