A Focus on Higher Education Culture Design
Jessica Higgins and team are back at Tulane University this week, hosting a series of workshops, strategy sessions, and behavior design facilitations to help create a seamless solution for Tulane's academic advising, success coaching and career education services.
The concept of combining these functions was developed by Tulane's Senior Associate Dean at Amjad Ayoubi, PhD. and his team, who are taking on remaking the student journey through school to work, as part of the new Mussafer Hall.
This transformation project will hold many lessons that can be applied to the world of business and broadly in higher education. We will be sharing many of the steps along the way.
Jessica Higgins, JD MBA BB is a public speaker, strategist and published author. She is Chief Operating Officer of Gapingvoid Culture Design Group and a Board Advisor in organizations in technology and the arts. Her mission is to help others. She is based in Miami Beach, FL and travels worldwide for her work in culture design.
